Broken or damaged article

Is your item broken, damaged or incomplete? Then you can use your right of complaint. If you complain too late, you as a consumer or company lose all rights related to the defect, such as the right to repair or replacement of the product.

Online purchase broken, damaged or incomplete

Items purchased online, which have been delivered by PostNL, can be returned via a PostNL Parcel Point. Do this with the enclosed return form. Here you can indicate whether you want to exchange or return the item. When you choose to return you will receive the purchase price including the original shipping costs, when returning the entire order. The purchase amount will be credited to your account as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.

You can hand in the package with sufficient postage at the nearest post office or at the Parcelshop. We only accept packages with sufficient postage. Keep proof of your return until we have confirmed receipt of your package. The package can be sent to:
