Status of my order

You can view the status of your order by logging in to your account. Here you will find an overview of your recent orders and the status of these orders. Do not have a webshop account yet? Click here to register. Creating an account is not required to be able to order.

Your order can have multiple statuses. You can find the status of your order in the "My orders" overview in your account. The following statuses are possible:

- Wait for payment
- Sent
- Rounded
- Canceled

Track & Trace

After the package leaves our warehouse you can see the current shipping status with the Track & Trace number on the PostNL website.
