Home delivery by PostNL
After the package has left our warehouse you can see the current shipping status with the Track & Trace number on the website of PostNL and / or UPS. We do our very best to deliver parcel post orders on time. However, it is possible in one case that the delivery is delayed due to circumstances. See www.postnl.nl for more information.
Not at home?
If you are not at home, the deliverer will try to hand over the package to the neighbors first. If this does not work, the deliverer leaves a message with a 'no home code'.
Delivery PostNL parcel service in pick-up point
Do we deliver your package to a post office, PostNL Package Point? Then you see in Track & Trace - or on the message that the delivery person leaves you - where and when you can pick up the package. Package points save your package for two weeks at the PostNL location. Unclaimed packages are returned to the sender.
PostNL indicates that my order has been delivered, this is not the case.
It may be that the deliverer has issued your order to the neighbors. We advise you to check with the neighbors. If your order has not been delivered to the neighbors, please contact our customer service.
